Hi everyone

My new partner has arrears with csa same old story not from the point of view he didnt want to pay but what they asked for was unreasonable.

Facts: 2 kids 2 diff moms 1st child always paid for and mom quite happy

2nd mom woman from hell - took him to csa and because self employed had to go and present books etc which he did and lady told him he cldnt afford much to pay.

Then got demand to pay £101.50 per week per child! He rang them and said he's been assessed and that it was too much and told tough get on with it! 1st mom still happy with what he was paying...

Anyway he cut his nose off to spite his face and didnt pay and they robbed his bank account of £5k without his knowledge then took him to court and sent letter to address he hadnt lived in for some past 14yrs because he didnt show (cos he didnt know about it) they found in favour of ex partner - he nows owes some £75k in arrears this is ridiculous and not that he didnt want to pay but he also had a period of nearly two years not working and became a carer to his father who was dying of cancer so wasnt earning....

Where does he go from here - it needs to be sorted suggestions please would be helpful xxx thanks

Yes he told them but there werent interested. I've read somewhere that because they sent the court notice to an address not lived in for 14yrs then they havent properly notified him and then the order can be nullified??
