if i start living with a new partner and am recieving csa of my child father will this affect the amout of csa he has to pay towards her??

my stbx has moved boyfriend into the FMH that i pay for and according to csa i still have to pay half the mortgage and csa but as i am paying the full mortgage i am going to deduct some of the amount through my solicitor and charge him rent dont know if i will get away with it but worth a try hope this helps

Simply no, it wont. THis is because the amount the father is required to pay for CM is based on his income, not yours or your combined income with your new partner.

Living with someone may well affect DWP benefits, such as Child Tax Credit, so you will need to inform the DWP of any change of circumstance.
