NRP overseas for forseeable future. High earner in excess of £100K tax free.

Does anyone have any examples or guidance or experience of how UK courts would approach this?

FDA at the beginning of May. Basically I have no clue......

A court is likely to look at the CSA calculator as a starting ppoint, although they are not bound by it, and will also take into acount factors such as reasonable needs, ability to pay, and costs of contact
