My 16 year old is finishing his apprenticeship in May, and if he cannot get anything else will go back to college full time in September. He turns 17 in June, will my ex have to restart paying maintenance again if he is going back into full time education.
My 18 year old, will be leaving 6th form and is going to college full time in September, my ex stopped paying for him as soon as he turned 18 (I believe he should keep paying until August, the end of school year), but as he will still be in full time education, should he still be paying from September.
My Consent Order says until they are 18 or leave full time tertiary education whichever is the latter.

Thanks
Louise

Well your consent order says tertiary education so he should be paying to the end of university.
