I came in from work last friday and i had a nice brown envelope waiting for me from my old mates at the incompetant c.s.a

Now my case was meant to be closed as of last september as i paid up and my daughter was 19.
I was sent a schedule of payments to be made over the next year so i quickly picked up the phone and got ready for a rant at them, after going through all the usual date of birth ,nat insurance number crap i finally got a woman to talk to me.She said it was the next years schedule and she would check if it was right, she asked who i last spoke to.How am i suppose to know it was last september when i last spoke to them. She faffed around sounded totally lost and just said i should make payments and if wrong i would be refunded.Like hell !!!The case is closed been paid and that is that. They are totally useless. any way im of abroad for a long long break so they will have to sing for it.(Beware anyone being hounded by them my case proves they make big mistakes)

My ex stopped her payments 2 months ago because she "stopped" working haha. So last week I phoned up to find out what was happening.
Being a man straight away without asking what I phoned up about the woman on the switchboard asked me if I was phoning up to make a payment.
How bloody sterotypical and sexist. Heaven forbid that the CSA should actually be paying me.

It depends whether your daughter is still living at home with your ex and whether she has been able to earn an income to help your ex with the costs of her living expenses and needs. No offence but, a 19yr old doesn't stop being your daughter just because she is over the 'official' age according to the CSA.
I had a daughter living with me until she was well into her 20's and she cost me a fortune because she tried, but couldn't find work.

Hi James

When I phone up the CSA, they often ask if I have phoning to make a payment before they have got all my details, so they are certainly not be sexist!

I have nothing but praise for them to be honest, they have got money for me from my X when he assured me that he was not going to pay any more!

Perhaps it depends who is involved with an individual's case as to what service is given.
