Please Help.

Court order drawn up Feb this year for spousal maintenance to be paid for the next 5 years, My ex husband has just stopped paying. My solicitor has said we can enforce the order. how does this work? does it work and how long will it take??

On top of this he's child maintainence money has increased too (due to a large bonus he didn't declare last Nov)The csa found out and upped his monthly payments. He has now stopped the csa money too and he has appealed the new high payment to be reduced, (They are aware of his bonus) saying he can't afford the monthly payments!, his money hasn't changed! the bonus was a one off!
Nothing seems to be a quick fix though, I am worried about all my bills and morgage which are due to come out soon, it's such a big chunk of money to be missing!!!

Any advice please????

Hiya,

I think this is a repeated post - you have already posted this in 'Maintenance' and have already received some posts.
