I am the PWC and my ex husband has been chased by the CSA for 8 years , finally last year due to continous pressure on the CSA by a friend of mine we got him to court where the arrears theybdecided were correct he had never paid a penny and a liability oreder was given, he now is supposed to pay through his employer but it has become very iregular. He has also appealed saying he has shared care of my youngest daughter, which is not true. Only since the CSA case has become more focused in 2009 did he start seeing more of the children especially the youngest one but he still would make arrangements and not see them through. We are going to a tribunal over it and he has supplied a few photos and s receipt for alton towers which i don't deny also some mobile phone bills showing txt messages to the 2 youngest. I wonder if anyone knows what the judge will deem as proof and what i can do to prove otherwise. I am not a money grabbing mother i just wish he would be fair to his children

What is it he is trying to prove?

The only thing that will reduce the amount payable is over night stays or very rarely a departure for contact costs.

Post more details or PM me but if you are not disputing the photographs then I'm unsure what he is using them for?

Hi

Sorry for delay in responding, he is supplying photos as he says that is proof of contact and shared care , the photos are of christmas cards etc and of the bedroom my youngest daughter uses if she stays there which is rare, for example in the school holidays his wife took her and a friend to alton towers for the day and she has stayed at their house once. Also letters from the wifes friend saying i am a bad mother and that they have my daughter alot, when she has never met me, and only met my daughter 3 times. I am worried the judge will think that its all true and side with him. I am not sure apart from letters from friends disputing what he has stated, what more i can do.
