HI
Can some one please answer my question.
I have a Consent Order made in 2001 for which I pay £300 per month until she attain the age of 18 or cease full time tertiary education whichever shall be the later.

My daughter left school at 17 and went to college full time to complete her BTEC National Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 3.
My daughter is now 18 and went to America in June with Camp America and is supposed to be coming back at the end of September. I have been told that she has applied to go to UNI as she wants to become a mid wife but not sure if she has been accepted.
At what point do I stop my child maintenance.

Is there an age limit??

Thanks
