Hello, I do receive Maintenance through the CSA (as per Consent Order). Currently I have 3 Appeals pending. In the Meantime the CSA has correct an assessment increasing payments significantly. The new payment plan should start next month. The NRP has now moved to Singapore on a posting. I do not know if he still pays Tax in the UK.
My qustions are;
In regards of arrears, what do I do? Are they and how, enforceable if the NRP has no UK Employer anymore?
In regards of future Maintenance do I go back to court to enforce the Consent Order in regards of maintenance payments? Abroad? Which Application?
