Hi All

First of all I don't to appear that I am not paying for my children. i do and up until a few weeks ago they were living with me half of the time.

My ex has changed their living arrangements (I ahve submitted a Shared Residency Order to challenge it) and after reducing their time submitted a CSA application.

If my payments go up much I may struggle to keep our house (where I hope the kids and i will be back to living in a few weeks once things get to court).

I can cope with some increase but not too much.

Basically, I received a bonus in March 2011. Declaring it, or not could make the difference to me being able to afors to keep the home.

Should I declare it and if I don't are they likely to find out?

Please try to be understanding - I do pay for and look after my children. She has openly said, "I will drive you out of that house".

Nice lady eh!

I thought bonus are only included in CM payments if they are a reqular payment.

Was this a one off or the way you are paid each year?

Bonuses are counted as earnings for CSA purposes. See;

Thanks.

How will it work if a bonus was paid in march 2011. An application has gone into the CSA in Dec 2011?

The bonus money has been spent already (on the family).

Thanks Mark

(Also, what about redundancy payments as I may be getting one of those soon - 2011 isn't a great year).
