Well the harridan has booted Number one son into touch.
So he is now residing with me.
I had two kids living with her and was paying £400 a month. As I see it now I now have to pay her nothing as we have one each.
Am I right in my thinking that the tax free holiday fund payment to her is no more?
All the best

Ooer! What will the CSA think? Make sure you get the child benefit sorted and claim the tax credits too.

Hi Haway,

I don''t think it''s as simple as that. I seem to recall that in such circumstances she''ll pay you a % of her income and you''ll pay her a % of yours and the lower payment is deducted from the higher to give a nett amount to be paid by the higher earner.

Which scheme are you under and have you seen:

Good reading!

Cheers!

I have 1 child with me and ex has 2 living with him. As I''m on benefits due to ill health, I pay a basic amount for my boys to the ex, but he pays around £300 per month to me due to his earnings of 50-70k per year. I think it depends on the income of each partner...
