Hi all,

Not sure which section to post this.

Havent signed the CO yet - but just wondering about the new ''Universal Credit'' as this will directly affect DLA once child reaches 16. It is possible that the child then wont qualify as they are making the criteria stricter (there will be lots of families of disabled children/adults hit by this) and wondering whether I would be able to go back to Court if DLA payments are reduced or even stopped? Would this be reason enough to ask for a change in CM or SM? thanks for any replies.
