Me and my daughter have a great relationship.and without spoiling her.i would give her all I have within reason.i never asked for csa to br involved and pleded with ex to sort out between us,to no avail.i missd having daughter 1night in august my ex phoned csa and my payments have not been lowered since.
My partner and I do everything the way we should and becausr of her moving in with me she told all relavent authoritys, and in one phone call lost a couple of hundred pounds a month in child credits.my ex has a partner living with her.but obviously not declared.he to works full time.
Any money I could save I would like to put in a bank account for my daughter,my ex manages quiet ok.with new cars and nights outi just think if the law states the way it isand I comply everu other way whyis it unfair for me to do it.
My partners ex is a lazy so and so who has never worked.and even asks for a loaf of bread if he has kids a extra hour.

Its crap, isn''t it, when we do everything by the book and others don''t, and seem to end up better off because of it

You need to forget what others are doing (or not doing) and focus on your actions, and doing things they way you know they should be done.

you say ''obviously not declared'' which suggests you don''t know, but are making an assumption. Contrary to tabloid opinion, benefit and tax credit fraud isn''t rife and not everyone does iit.

You may be right, of course. Either way, you really do need to live your own life without worrying what other people do or don''t do. Don''t worry about the CSA and be proud you''re doing your best by your children.
