Thanks Fiona, it looks like they have that covered, I don''t know why they mention it in the first place !
I''m still waiting for their call back, it was going to be last Monday at 11.30, I have heard nothing since .

I finally had a response 10 days after it was originally promised regarding my ex-wife''s claim......and it hasn''t changed at all ! My appeals on my net pay review and also on the family loan that I still pay were both rejected promptly and without any further plea from me. The only thing that they have agreed is that they believe my partner has a son who lives with us !
I am now going to construct an appeal in writing, although I feel I''ll be wasting my time. My ex has gotten away with an extra months payment and must be laughing all the way to the bank with the now increased payments, all due to her need to be in control of everything, my previous payments weren''t good enough.
I feel sorry for those parents in charge of the care of the children that are not receiving deserved payments, but please believe me,some of us on the other side are struggling big time too and the CSA show no remorse at all !
I don''t know if the new rules have affected my cause or not, it couldn''t have been any worse before surely ?

Well I''m all done and paid up now. I finished on Aug 31st so called the CSA soon after, where upon they had to investigate my case , they wouldn''t agree initially that my payments had ended . I recieved a call back after 10 days saying my case was closed but I was ''still'' £12 in arrears !
I''m glad that I won''t have to ''deal'' with them again !
