So how will this affect current CSA claims ,as ive gave up with CSA IMPOSSIBLE to deal with one question 90 minutes on phone 6 call centres ,get things sorted out again and ,NOPE letter from 3 centres , all nothing to do with what needed sorted out .

absolute HELL.
I send them payslips they need more information ?

think FB message to ex now married to neighbour wasn''t best course off action .
said I earned £1000 a week ,
so she phone csa etc you get idea :cheer:

yup but nice to know CSA base payments on FB messages nothing like a bit fact eh .

Your current case won''t be affected by the changes to the new child maintenance scheme for some time yet; currently, it is only new claims for families with 2 or more children that will be dealt with by the new Child Maintenance Service, which will eventually replace the CSA.

It''s not surprising if you make wild claims about a vastly inflated income to your ex and she then reports that alleged change in income to the CSA - perhaps next time say nowt and just deal with the facts.
