Is it not possible for you and your ex to negotiate and come to an agreement between yourselves and then have it written into a family based agreement?

I haven''t seen the PWC or the children for 15 years, I don''t even know where they live, they moved away with the new boyfriend after she had an affair

I think all I can do then is sit and wait for the new rules letter to come through the door with the £74 a week on (I used the calculator)

Seems wrong they can just close a case and reopen on new rules
