For me to contact the CSA. I had a letter through saying that I need to ring them urgently about a child maintenance matter. It only gives me an 0845 number. My mobile will not allow me to ring those numbers due to the tariff i''m on, and the house phone is broken (again!).

I tried going to the website they provided (www.csa.gov.uk) but this redirects me to the HM revenue and customs site and although the letter says I can email them from the website, I can''t seem to find any way of doing so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you click on this link - www.gov.uk/child-support-agency - and then click on the office which is dealing with your claim, a new window will open with contact details, hidden in there is an email option, which again when clicked on will open a new window with a contact form, and you can email them from there.
