If that is the case are we saying he and his son are not able to stay at my
House on weekends in order to qualify for discount ?

With regard to csa and gross income. If he already pays all the mortgsge
will csa take it
Into account. ?

Provided the father is staying with him then he can stay with you. Iy would be different if the son was with you but the father wasn''t.

The CSA won''t take the mortgage payment into consideration. If the father doesn''t earn enough he should pay CSA and inform Ex she will now be responsible for paying mortgage if she wishes to remain in property.

Thank you.
We did finances last week and once he has paid mortgage essential bills joint loans and
Credit cards he has £19 left per month. Put csa on that and he goes in debt every months

Now he is looking at moving back into family home. It''s big so plenty room and his son is
Ok with it. Financially only way he can survive. He is on deeds on mortgage etc.
