Can anyone advise me please? A relative is currently going through hell with her ex hubby and needs to give the CSA formal evidence to start an investigation on him, so she can get proper payments for her son. Will she be able to use the information she has been given in her ex''s form E or will she be in breach of anything? She has already wrote a letter to the CSA and now they just need the proof and all she has is what he has put in this Form E, quite simply, is she allowed to use this info? Thanks in advance guys :)

What is it they are needing proof of?

Assessment is based on income and they will ask him for that or get it from employer.

They''ll be looking into what he''s claimed he''s earning on the Form compared to what he''s told them. There''s also other things on there such as his marital status which he has lied about to the CSA but has again put something different on the form. If any of that makes sense. So she''s hoping to use it as evidence, as the CSA have said they can''t do anything without it.

Hi! I am not sure but I did send the form e info to the csa I think they just want proof I suppose if the info he is giving them is proved to be false I think they then can confirm with hmrc.
