child support is holding money i sent them and because i filed a form telling them to refund the money back to me once the child support is paid off, but i don't understand why they can't use that money to pay off the balance owed to child support, is there a way to have it applied since i already filed the paper to have it refunded to me

I am afraid as this is a mainly UK based forum, we are unlikely to be able to help with a US child support matter.
