HI -

Just an update - applied for support via the CSA in Nov last year. A long story but my application could not progress due to some technical issue on their computer systems and was passed to the clerical team. Was told 12-18 months to sort.

They called me ysterday - yay - and now do an attachment to earnings as standard - yay. They will be back dating the support to early Dec when they first tried to call stbx - yay.

To those caught in the CSA system - I have called them every other day. Have sent several complaints through their web site and was quite happy to continue doing this - you need to keep on their backs it seems.

One tiny step closer....

Wow!!!
I applied on 26/11. Stbx suddenly increased his payments form £72 to £94 weekly. My applicaton was 'tecnically stuck' too and I've been ringing weekly. I'm going to start ringing every other day now too
Well done!

Hi Fluffy - I sent a complaint through the form on their website - seems to be what did the trick.
