I thought i would give my little buddies at the CSA a call today to see if by some miracle the ex may of paid after months and months of not paying.

Ex contacted them 16th Feb to say he is going to start paying soon CSA man said has anyone told you there is a tech fault on your case ? erm no ok he said yours is classed as long term stuck and will take ages months and months to sort it has been sent to our tech dept up north, there is alot of work to be put on your case we can't do it as we would lose it so if ex pays the money will just be sitting there and they can't reasses him , jeez i give up with them.

Angel,

Why cant you scrub the first application. Make a totally new one. It might take a little time, but surely quicker than it having to go half way around the country first.

At least they will have up to date information to start with.

Load of T***S are they not????:woohoo: Has anyone actually met anyone that works for the CSA? I haven't. Perhaps they keep their gob shut knowing what people really think of them

I think prehaps due to the large amount of arrears on the case which is standing at around the 7k mark if not more.

Angel,

I would be enclined to put in writing what you were told today and ask for confirmation as to how they intend to progress your case. Tell them that you want a reply within 10 working days with a satisfactory way forward.

It might not get you anywhere, but what is it they say, if you don't ask, you don't get!

Have you been to the independent case examiner? If they still exist. Tell them you will be charging them interest if they dont hurry up and get their backsides in gear.

What a useless body of idiots.
