Hi,

If each parent has 50/50 custody of the children and the court has agreed that each party can have three phone calls a week whilst the chidren are with the other parent, can one parent buy a mobile phone so that he can have 'access' to the children whenever he wants?
One partner is very controlling, and even though legally divorced, he still seems to control the children.

There is no such thing as custody but it seems the court have been quite prescriptive about the amount of contact via telephone by one parent when they are with the other.

If the children don’t have a mobile phone how will they be contacted for these phone calls?
