petitioner agrees paying the cost!URGENT pls

Hi,
i am respondent in the divorce proceedings. My husband started the divorce because he just wants to move on asap even though he committed the adultery. i have no savings and no job and since he left i am on benefits with 2 kids. therefore he agreed to pay for all the cost for divorce proceedings. we both decided to not to use solicitor to sort out the divorce.( not enough money)
the question is i have now received my Acknowledgement of Service and on the form it says "Even if you do not intend to defend the case do you object to paying the costs of the proceedings? if so, on what gorunds?"

do i need my stbx to write a letter and sign saying he is paying the costs and attaché to the form? or what? what should be the right step to take? confused..

p.s. he didn''t tick on his petition about the cost being paid by the respondent

If the Petitioner did not tick the box to claim for costs there is no need to address the question on the acknowledgement. However, to ensure the point is clear, you should write "n/a the Petitioner is not claiming costs".
