I took all debts solely in my name in our marriage of just under 5 years due to the fact my husband was a discharged bankrupt including a mortgage which I paid the 25% deposit from the sale of my house and numerous credit cards and loan which gave us a lifestyle and helped him build the family business which is now doing very well now we have seperated and he says he can just walk away
I also lost my job on the end of the marriage as I worked with my husband in the family firm and am on jobseekers allowance
He has not supported me in anyway since he left 6 months ago
