I have been waiting for nearly 8 weeks for the Nisi paperwork to come through. I have no idea what it actually is. I have a court number so am I waiting for the actually nisi or the application for it?
I feel sick every time I check the post. Dont even know if it will come here or to my solicitor. Stbx has already accused me of having halted the process, which I haven''t.

Not sure how much more I can take. Too afraid to contact anyone as I have no idea what im asking about. Also very aware of the fact that the mud slinging will presumably start when nisi is received as he will expect me to agree with everything which I no I wont be.
Thanks for all the help so far.

Well it finally came today. Not much to show for 32 years of devoting your whole life to caring, loving, considering, worrying about the one person that has treated you like you are worthless.
On the plus side, he has to pay costs, unless he takes it to court which I cant see happening.
Onward and upwards I hope.

I can''t offer much advice but just wanted to say that I hope you find peace soon.

Try to focus on the future and don''t dwell on the past. I know how hard this is, but he isn''t deserving of your time and energy anymore.
