I need some specfic advice / feedback please!

I am self representing and close to final financial declaration and exchange of documents for a hopeful agreed settlement to avoid a final / financial divorce hearing.

I believe we are at Nisi stage and my ex has sent off a Nisi signed by her.

I have just secured a new quite significantly higher paid job and it starts imminently and will likely start before the financial declaration stage

My ex has no clue about the new job, and is unlikley to find out until after divorce.

but of course it is possible she finds out at some point after divorce, I am worried can she sue me and what are the consequences?

will my income for financial declaration go on my latest p60, either last years or there may even be time for this April's one?

if so the figures will be signficantly lower. Do I have to delcare the new job, and even though its just started this will be my income?

also I have a few other questions:

does car allowance [which is stated does not count towards pensionable salary], count in child or spousal maintenance claims?

would I have to show her solicitor a copy of my work contract or is a wage slip enough?

if there is bonus which I will not receive initially anyway, what track record does there have to be for it - the work contract might mention it but it is performance related so
presumably a judge would at final hearing not take it into account as its not yet received?

does her solicitor or a judge have a right to ask for a work contract if I can show the income clearly on a wage slip?

finally if we don't agree on a deal, as my share of equity in my new house is so low compared to hers [about 20%], what are the chances of a judge giving me a share in her house if I am still on that mortgage [as she has no way of buying me out or getting the mortgage in her own name yet].

thanks in advance
