Been married 22 years on and off. Ex never paid towards bills or supporting family and even took money from me. 3 yrs ago when wed split i bought my current home with help from my dad. We reconciled after id bought my home for about 9 months. We split again due domestic violence which has always been in our relationship but this time the police actually did something. He was given a 5 yr restraining order but still persists in stalking and harassing etc. Hes never paid anything when we were together and has not paid anything since not even for his children. He wants my children and my home so where do i stand??? Ive paid for everything and think its unfair that they could even consider giving him any financial settlement.
