Hi All
Can anyone please tell me if there is any financial problems if my wife and I transfer ownership of the matrimonial home worth about £450k to my son and allowing my wife to reside there free of rent for 10 years after which she would pay a rent of £650 per month. Is this a possibility and what is the way to do it please.

Are you divorcing how old is the son?, no one will answer your question because there is not even the most basic detail needed to answer.
