Hi everyone

Q4 on D80A... State briefly your reasons for saying that the respondent has committed the adultery alleged.

Can I just say I believe this to be the case because the respondent admitted it to me? If not, what else can I put? I know he did because he told me.

Indeed: "He told me" is (in my local court at least) a perfectly acceptable answer. Short of "I was there" I can't imagine the court could ask for anything much more certain! :blush:
