hi

I've been apart from my husband for 4 years & now I'm starting off a DIY divorce. Getting on well so far with completing the D8 but am stuck with what to put in the ancillary relief section of the Prayer.......

I bought him out the the marital home earlier this year so the house is in my name only. I have no intention of seeking anything else from him financially - he already pays a mutually agreed monthly amount towards our 2 children (aged 11 & 8), which he has paid for the past 4 years. He says he wants nothing else from me & suggested a 'Clean Break'.

Do I cross everything out in the ancillary relief section?

thanks

No, leave it alone. You need it there to do your clean break.
