I am doing a DIY divorce, everything is very straight forward no assets, no young children nothing I'm doing it on the 2yr seperation basis but I have two children in their 20's who are not biologically my husbands although he brought them up. 1.Do I have to mention them and 2.if I do their name on their birth certificate is my Maiden Name but as regards to everything else in life they use my married name so what name would I use on the divorce papers.
Thanks

I don't think so. They aren't children any more, after all.
