Hi ... I wonder if anyone could tell me how long I have to wait before i can put in the form D36 for the Decree Absolute? My Decree Nisi was granted 16th Sept so I know it will be 29th October before it is granted .... I'd just like to know if the D36 form can go back to the court BEFORE 29th October or if I have to wait until that date before I can put it in.
Thank you in advance
