Ive been told I need to fill in a D11 form to have her application cancelled Then submit my own application. Ive got a form (download from Internet) does anyone know how to fill it in

Its even easier than that: ignore D11 and just file a Petition yourself. You will need to refer to the other proceedings in the appropriate place in your petition where it asks about any other proceedings in England and Wales, but that's all. Its not necessary for you to get the old petition dismissed if it hasn't gone anywhere. Yours will just overtake it.
