My divorce should be simple and straight forward as I am sure my husband also wants to divorce. We have property between us which we have agreed what do to with, do I need to include this in the petition?

We also have debts which we plan to pay before the end ot feb. Should we also include this in the Petition or separate letters which we can both sign?

I have downloaded the forms for the petition online but it all seems rather strange. Am I supposed to be writing in second person, "the Petitioner ....." throughout?

My reasons are unreasonable behaviour, no intercourse etc etc - should this be enough?
