Has anyone on here tried or thought about using the managed divorce as shown on this site?
Stbx has spoken with me(at last!)
See was surposed to be filing for divorce, but doesn,t earn much so was going for legal aid. but it seems she can't be bothered to do all the paperwork to make this happen.
So she says, maybe we could still divorce on her terms using her sol, and I could pay!
I did say at some point I would divorce her, but this was in the heat of the moment...oops
If we can talk, is the managed divorce a way to go.
Might save us some money, but is it a lot of trouble? any advice.

Hi martra,

If you can communicate, yes the managed divoce would be the way forward...less acrimonious and expensive :) A few peeps here have done so and claim to be happy that matters were dealt with swiftly and "painlessly" and the wallet not destroyed :)
