Arrgghh decided to sort my Consent Order - clicked on legal access £99 service put in card details payment confirmed took me to a page to download pack but said page had moved!! Now there seems to be no record of me purchasing consent order package although the payment went through to the verified by visa page - has anyone else had this problem? and of course did it after 9 so no helpline available - am worried just lost £99!!! and still no consent order

Has anyone else had this problem?
