Quick question if anyone can help - is it possible to write your own Consent Order if you are both happy with financial agreement? If so, does anybody know where I can get info regarding appropriate wording? Thanks! x

I would not advise it. There is a fixed fee service available on this site. If you agree terms, these may not be accepted by a Judge who may refuse to make the order. There are a few hoops to jump through during the process.

Hello

As Charles say it should be drafted by a lawyer the consent order is a legally binding document so it has to be very accurate and contains lots of odd sounding clauses, for peace of mind long term pay the money £99 is a small price to pay long term.
