Hi helpful Wikis :)

Petition has been returned as did not complete question 13 confirming date of separation and brief details of how the separation came about. Know the date of course but not sure what to write about details.

We mutually decided to separate on xx due to irrevocable differences and decided to end our marriage. Would this do or suggestions please?

Thanks :)

Hello Jelltoo

Was your Petition based on separation of two years and then consent to divorce?.

Yes it is based on 2 years separation and consent.

Thanks Elle I'll also look at the suggestions.

Hello Jellytoo

Elle was thinking along the lines of unreasonable behaviour and not two years separation,

Check the time frame,

Does the two years include time you both lived under the same roof, if so you may need to write and explain the circumstances at the time,

For details of how the separation came about think about this,

On or about (date) the parties started to live separately within the matrimonial home.

ii) The parties ceased sharing the same property on (date)

iii) The Respondent consents to the divorce.

iv) The marriage has irretrievably broken down

The above was used by another wiki,
