help!
can anyone advise on the appropriate wording to use in part 13 of the petition to describe brief details of "how the seperation came about" after a 2 year seperation, where the divorce is uncontested, amicable, and DIY.
and during the first few months of the seperation we both still shared the same house, before my wife moved out to a flat.
anyone got any advise?

Hi there,

I copied this from the court site :

On the (insert date), the respondent left the marital home after it was agreed we could no longer live together as husband and wife. We have not lived together since that date.

The site seems to have been updated recently and you can now see a completed form at the end of the instructions on how to fill them in.
