My wife and I married for 19 years have not got along for a number of years. She ideally would like a divorce from me. On 4th May 2009 she moved to the spare room and we have not shared a bed since.

She would agree the date and the behaviour. Properly worded and submitted would this be enough to constitute unreasonable behaviour?

Thank you

Unreasonable behavior is only accepted if it occurred in the six months leading to the Petition or six months before separation, sounds odd i know but the court consider that if you stayed together longer than six months after the incident of behavior that it could not constitute the breakdown of the marriage.

Not sleeping together will probably not be enough, try and think why you stopped sleeping together, did communication break down did you stop socializing together?, often not sleeping together is the result of many other problems that escalate with time think about those and list them.
