I wanted to find out which form I need to fill up for dicree Absolute, would it be D36 or D11? I am the respondent also we do not have any kids, we agreed to get divorce mutually no complication. Also I have looked at the D36 form, wanted to know how to fill it up ? what dates do i put in no1 and no2 also at the signature do I cross out the solicotor section and sign myself ?
To apply I have waited 6 weeks and 1 day and 3 months from dicree Nisi pronouced.
Any assistant will be great !!!

I think you need to complete the D36 Application.

No 1 is the date that the Decree Nisi was pronounced

No 2 is for the date of the Consent Order to settle your finances, if that has been agreed.

Strike out solicitor and strike out Petitioner and sign
