I hope someone can help. after speaking to my ex to be she`s agreed to accept unreasonable behaviour to assist in a quick divorce. i`ve got all the relevent forms from county court but can't find anything relating to the costs.
does anybody have a rough idea of the cost involved???

If you are both acting in person the costs will be limited to the court fees which will be £300 to issue the Petition and £40 to apply for the Decree Absolute.

If you are using solicitors it is usual to make a claim for costs if you are the Petitioner but if this rocks the boat you can agree not to make the claim or alternatively accept a fixed sum such as £500 towards the Petitioner's costs.
