Not taking on consistent financial responsibility, refusing to get job during winter months and only working part-time during summer months.

Not assisting in running of marital home – taking on no domestic responsibility.

Failure to provide support and care during my incapacitation with serious back injury

Refusing to acknowledge depressive behaviour or seeking help for depressive mood.

Extra-marital sexual activity

Do I need to put in much more to put flesh on the bones of ththese reasons?

A quick response....

1) I think you need to mention the impact to you of each one...i.e.

"Not assisting in running of marital home – taking on no domestic responsibility, leaving me to cope with a full time job plus all of the domestic work which i find intolerable'

Also....scratch the last one.....I dont think you can sneak 'adultery' into an Unreasonable behaviour application......nice try though ;-)

I remember how some of my reason's were worded.

The respondant failured to give the petition any help on a day to day basis regarding child care, when ***** has special needs and requires more care and attention. This left the petitioner exhausted.

The respondant failed to finicaily support the petitioner and family , on such and such date the respondant left the petitioner stranded in the hospital car park with ***** , the petitioner mother's had to give her the money, the petitioner was left feeling embarrassed, a situation the petition can no longer tolerate.

and so on but after every reason my sol said what it had done to me.

OK, will scrub the extra marital sexual acivity.

Am quite matter of fact so hard to be emotive and suggest impact...

... back to drawing board!
