Hi.

Does anyone know how to find out when Decree Absolute has or is to be granted?

My ex signed the absolute papers two weeks ago but, we still haven't heard anything.

Can I just phone the court? Will they tell me if it has or when it's scheduled to be granted or do I just have to wait and see?

Thanks!

Questions...

As long as the ex was the Petitioner and has submitted the correct documentation and fee to the court, no reason why you shouldn't ring the court and ask. Get their number from here:

Thanks Mike.

Yes, my ex is the Petitioner (at my request because I thought it would speed things up). She's kept me updated but, hard to tell what's happened once it's out of her control.

Hoping it goes through quickly as everything is agreed. Will give the court a call tomorrow and keep fingers crossed!
