Hi there

My boyfriend married his wife 3 years ago in Mauritius. They were told that they didn't need to do any registering over here on their return.

They have now been separated for 2 years and 4 months, and he's looking to divorce her. She had been cheating and was constantly on the bottle, along with just throwing him out every now and then when she felt like it.

He now wants to divorce her, but we're not sure how to go about it, or whether it was even legal in the first place.

His wife has the wedding certificate.

Help! :S

xx

Hello

If you have a marriage certification he is married, very few marriages abroad are not recognized here and they are mainly obscure religious ceremony`s.
