sorry...I have completely understand nothing about the process for the divorce.

To send back Acknowledgement of Service

1: Do I have to write a covering letter with it to send the Court ?
If so, how do I write ?

2: They sent me on 10 days ago then ask me to send it so as to reach the Court within 7 working days.
It is impossible because I live in far from UK, so post it by the airmail.
"Delay in returning the form may add to the costs" they say.
but it is impossible and why they do not give me a time to understand what they write ? I have no money to ask solicitor and I am not netive english speaker...

thank you..

on the acknowlegement of service guide it specifically states that if the papers are served outside the native uk then the Petitioner must allow longer time for return of forms. not too worry! :)

Another small point when a Petition is sent from a court in England or Wales to a respondent who`s first language is not English it should be translated in the "mother tongue" of the respondent.

Don`t worry Moca just send it back recorded delivery, no need for a covering letter, peeps in this country send them back late all the time with no penalty you have no need to worry.
