Hello

I have to send Form B to the court, but when we agree and sign on the concent order after sending the Form B, what's happened?

The court take the Consent Order?
If so, is there any cost to delete the Form B application?

Thank you

Hello Moca

You made an application to court asking that the Absolute not be allowed until you both agreed a financial settlement because you may be disadvantaged by the granting of the Absolute, if you have both agreed what you should receive as settlement and it is written in the consent order and have both signed the consent order just send it to court to be stamped, then your ex can send form D36 to court and ask the absolute be granted.

There is no charge from court to delete form B.
