Hi,

I'm filling in my D84 & D80A.

We have no children.

Section 8. 9. 10. on the D80A is this all in regards to children? If so can I just put N/A?

On the Oath section can I cross through section 4. & 5. as I do not have a document marked "B" or Statement of Arrangements marked "C" ?

Many thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Wills82. I think you can put N/A, or just leave blank fields that do not apply to you. Don't cross out anything on the oath section;just leave blank as well.

Furthermore, if you are able to submit the forms in court yourself, the staff that deals with you should look through and let you know if you have missed anything/left out any info required.

Good luck.

Thanks for the advice, don't understand why the courts don't just give out filled in examples of these forms.

Be good to get this sorted.
