Hi there

Can I safely assume that as the divorce petition has been acknowledged by the court and copy sent to ex that I filled it in all ok? Or if there are errors do they get picked up when the judge gets to look at it?

Thanks

i'm no solicitor but i don't think in reviewing the form that there's a whole lot to screw up. since the particulars may be disputed (depending) there may be some push back, but if it got acknowledged by a court and a copy sent to the stbx, sounds like you're off and running in good form (pardon the pun).

Thanks for that I guess I would soon be told if anything wasn't as it should be!
